It used to be that this was an optional buy. But now that there is a powerful upgrade path at the Tribal Isles, you've just got to plan about saving money for this at some point of time.

Finally got my gnarled tree map this morning and picked up the Venus Mouse Trap.
It took about a week and I finally got it.
Is this strong enouch to use on the mice in fumora

Okay this trap is not that great. I'm doing better catching tactical mice with the forcefield trap than this. There goes 300k for nothing. If this trap works well for anyone else, please tell me.

It's useful if you're not capable of obtaining a better tactical trap yet, but other than that basically worthless. And, for the record, it KIND OF works at the training grounds, but not all that great.

Well, the faster way to get the mutated VMT is to use RB at Gnawnia. U wont catch anything and they will juz turn stale. Hammer ur VMT and craft it with 20 Radioactive SLudge
I have the ingredients for the mutated venus mouse trap (husk plus 20 rb sludge); i crafted them, but it said "nothing interesting happens" why is this?

it may not be good as it is but, i think, the good thing about this trap is that u can craft it into bigger, stronger traps at a relatively low cost.. agree?
I got the map to go there, but I have no bloody money to buy the trap. And by the recnt comments, Im nt sure whether to buy it or not.
I am 155065 gold away from the VMT! That is 1540.6435 1 oz. White mice. I am starting to have doubts whether I should buy it.

VMT not a waste of money. ok, so trap power not very good but can craft TVMT with it and wif TVMT husk u can craft HVMT and HVMT makes life at tribal isles easier.
BTW, HVMT is the strongest tactical trap in mousehunt

@daisy, get 20 radioactive sludge and craft the trap with the sludge, but u also have to hammer the venus mousetrap before crafting it
