Monster Mouse, Finally
Would you believe that I've just caught my first ever Monster Mouse?
DDB/Dehy/RB at the Lab. And what a sweet amount of drops..
I checked my trap and found that I had caught a mouse! I caught a 15 oz. Monster mouse from the Laboratory worth 9,086 points and 9,115 gold.
The mouse also dropped the following loot:
4 Greater Radioactive Blue Cheese Curd Potions, 27 pieces of cheddar cheese, 14 pieces of swiss cheese, 7 pieces of brie cheese.

people sometimes says swiss, other brie, others superbrie...

i use swiss/polar/brie at the lab, sinister/polar/RB at the mousoleum. using RB at the lab seems to be too much to waste
I've gotten my 3rd monster mouse now, under the same combination, so I'm sure it works! But I've had to swap back to brie/swiss occasionally.
My Sequence. Usually after a streak of 7-10 RB, I'd switch to brie/swiss to hunt mice that drop Potions.
When I switched back to RB, I've usually catch my Monsters within the first 5 RB. When it goes past the 7-10 RB mark, I'd switch again to brie/swiss.
I've not monitored how long I stayed with the brie/swiss.. typically follows my normal day/night cycle, which is not optimal.
Kudos to those that have success with weaker combinations. Pls tell us your "catch-a-monster" combinations here!
Caught my first monster the day you caught yours. Contrats. My catch was on my shiny new (literally 10 minutes old Bottomless Grave).

The mouse also dropped the following loot:
34 pieces of cheddar cheese, 25 pieces of marble cheese.
Yay! Congrats! And that's a sweet trap combination!
Omg, I've been trying for the monster and I've gone through 5 already (DB-Exp-RB)(Lab) yet no catch, the worst thing is that my luck with potions is bad too (less mice carry them come to my trap) and I've caught 8 zombies, none have the moz map :(

I got my first and second Monster mice yesterday (after 6 months of hunting) in the Catacombs with the ACRONYM/RB/DDB.
I had tried the partybot in the lab all weekend with no monsters caught, just nibbles.

Well, my personal Monster catch was with my brand-spankin' new Partybot/Polar/RB setup, and not 10 catches in (7 to be exact) I got my first, and regretably, only monster mouse. I have since gotten many bites w/ my partybot at the Mousoleum, but since I only have a 25% chance to hook one, i've failed miserably. BTW, the snob'er, NICE! That's an awesome setup to catch it with :D
Recently, on a trip to the Lab, I left my trap with 20 pieces of radioactive blue. Over the night, I caught 3 monsters. Yes, three. I used Party/Polar/RB. Just wanted to let you know, it's a great way to get them.
I just caught my 2nd monster mouse (RB/Explo/MVMT) so should I switch back to Dehy? Cus I heard that monsters are easier to catch after your first.
I need to prepare RB for catacombs/moz too.
I have caught 5 with RB/Swiss Army Mouse Trap/Explosive =)
